Initial Screening Call

Interview with the Hiring Team

A structured interview (in-person or video) with the line manager and a team member. We ask competency-based questions and give you ample time to ask questions about the role and team.

Assessment (selected roles)

For specialist or senior roles, we may include a short skills assessment or case study exercise. You will be told in advance what to expect so you can prepare properly.

Offer & Onboarding

Successful candidates receive a written offer within five working days of the final interview. Our structured onboarding programme ensures you feel supported from day one.
